I was there 15 minutes ago. I was asking for help with my plan. The dude there was not interested in helping me at all. I’ll give him a one star, just for turning his computer over into my view to read out the monthly plan. He was only interested in looking at his phone to make him look busy. Hahaha. What a joke.

Phenomenal service by a gentleman named Tristan. I am not tech savvy at all when it comes to phones lol. I had been putting off getting a new phone in fear of not getting the help I need. He helped me in every aspect from getting me the very best possible deal (way beyond what I expected) to helping me transfer things over, and answer all my questions. Highly recommend!

Guy answers the phone basic hello nothing else then hangs up. Called back answers hello. I say is this Roger's hes go well yea. What a loser this store has 33 BBB complaints DO NOT GO THERE!!! Rude losers!

All I can say is horrible horrible. I wish rogers left the store by walmart open they always new how to fix things and what was going kn with repairs. These people are jokes they never return a call

What a horrible experience. Vivian ignored me when I walked up (texting away on her phone) and I had to get her attention. She proceeded to offer me no help or options whatsoever with adjusting my plan. Her employment should be evaluated.

Was at your location yesterday. My Mom and I were a littlenervous changing over from Shaw to Rogers but Nessren madeit stress free and successful. Great job and we will see how it works out. Thumbs up to her.. Good job. Regards. Cam.
