I shipped a set of dishes from Colombia and they arrived in Canada completely obliterated. Not only broken but completely shattered.The dishes were wrapped in 3 to 4 layers of bubble wrap, very well protected and inside a box. Still, they managed to completely destroy my stuff.I tried explaining they these were handcrafted items so there's no original packaging.They also brought up the excuse that they don't pay for damages on items that cost more than 9usd/pound, even when they still make you pay insurance for the whole cost of the product.Also, when I shipped the box with the dishes, they put a FRAGILE sticker on all sides of the box. When that box arrived, all the stickers had been removed. The box doesn't even have a squared shape anymore but it is kind of round now it was treated with complete disregard and brutality. FedEx simply doesn't care for your stuff.
