This is a fantastic place for sewing, pattern making, draping etc. Great team of passionate designers so it's a great place to meet others in the industry. The space has plenty of industrial machines, dress forms you can use, and thread options and other notions are available if needed.It is located in a building where Social Fabric is, as well as other fashion design/production companies. The building provides parking too, so very convenient. The surrounding area is a place where you'll find other artist studios too, breweries, etc and Commercial Drive is just about 5 minute walking distance.

Apparel studio is so perfect! If you’re a designer, a client, a fashion student, a hobby sewist, whatever your sewing needs may be, having a spot in the city is like winning the lottery. Very grateful to the lovely people here who provide the space and good vibes!
