Quality has gone downhill. Had a coffee from there a few years ago and I was really impressed. Now it tastes like dirt water. Would not recommend.

Terrible customer service and cheap on everything!!!!!! I hate penny pinchers who rip you off this place is the worst the beans were old and stale in the wrap

I've been here countless times over the last 5 years and the customer service has never been less than great. You can't go wrong with the Three Cheese Melt and the snacks. As per drinks, the Caramel Corretto is my go to and I'm never let down. The staff here is definitely amazing.

The server is great, no doubt, but I feel food is a little pricy .. which I guess could be fixedSometimes, the wraps are not fresh.. which could be annoying sometimes..

The hot chocolate is pretty good. I really enjoyed the energy loaf toasted with butter. I need to try the sandwiches and soups next. Better than Starbucks, in my opinion, but I'll let everyone else judge for themselves

If you order via app, they take 10 min to make it. I also suspect some prices are more expensive via the app than in person. Prices are also expensive, about on par with Starbucks. One M drink is at least $5. L drinks aren't that large either. Taste of the drinks are really good though, and they make good banana loaf.

Good coffee. Didn't try any food. Would be nice if they had some sugar free options. One would like to think in a hospital, there would be some healthier options. Very disappointing

Ordered a vanilla bean latte, went back to ER, took a couple of sips but it was so sweet I had to go back and purchase an espresso shot to try and ease the sweetness (I hate complaining as you can tell) but it did not work. $9 later I tried to finish it but eventually dumped it as I was drinking pure sugar. Trying to tend to my mom at ER of course I didn’t go back a third time but eventually 5 hours later had to come back for food and shared my experience. The gentleman was nice but manager told me next time bring the cup back and when I order, to ask for half sweet. I’ve had a vanilla latte before at Starbucks and it never tasted like 10 pumps were added….anyhow…not a very nice barista or manager. Please be mindful people are coming from the ER for some pick me up from an already stressful occurrence. Thanks for the really, really strong ice latte replacement. Surely that wasn’t intentional. Bad karma.
