It was a never ending leakage issue in our condo unit at Glenora. We are already used to deal with this over and over again that takes forever! But now... Kudos to First General Edmonton! We are so glad that the Property Management found your company. Thanks to Nick, Carslee and Arnel for taking care of our issue with sense of urgency. Extremely professional, well coordinated, efficient and respectful. I highly recommend this company!

I live in a condo complex and the unit above mine had a dishwasher leak that damaged my unit. First General Edmonton were the contractors used for the repair and restoration and they were great to communicate with, kind, professional, accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Our house had some problems after the trip.We asked the real estate agent who took care of us to contact this company.He came right away and carefully examined where the problem was in the house. And they acted quickly for urgent repairs. I was worried about the problem of water leakage. But he was very friendly and took my worries away. Also, the confirmation work such as the schedule and repair status of the water leak repair was very kindly handled. We are very grateful.

Great work done by the company. Their representative Marek came out to do the work in the condo. Marek is down to earth, great person to talk with and explained what to expect. He communicated clearly and did an amazing job.

First, I would like to salute Katherine and thank her for everything. Katherine was amazing with her great customer service, professionalism, and most importantly her care. She answered all our calls even at night with a caring tone to ensure that we have a peace of mind. It was really a pleasure dealing with you Katherine. The crew she sent to do the work were amazing too, especially Ferdinand and his crew were awesome people , easy to deal with, very respectful and very good at their work. For a peace of mind and good work I recommend First General.
