First time ever getting sugared! It was a fantastic experience, personally painless. Taylor was so sweet and kind and made me feel completely comfortable for my first appointment!

Amazing staff and very informative.They're booking a month in advance, but they put me on a cancelation list and got me in so quick!Was my first time going, and the tech was so gentle and nice. Explained everything to me so I knew what to expect. Already have my next appointment booked!

Previously had been going to the Cloverdale location (which had always been a great experience) but switched to Langley due to convenience. A routine 15-20 min appt turned into 40+ minutes, and I ended up walking out after I was left in the room to feel vulnerable and without communication about the situation. The only thing I knew at 15 min in, was that sugar was melting more quickly than usual - I didn't know what that meant. I did notice the pain was greater than usual, and by the 35 min mark, this was taking much longer than usual, but the result was worth it. Soon after, my technician leaves the room and doesn't tell me when she'll be back, and after a few minutes, I'm in tears and walking out. I open the door and she's standing right there and doesn't say anything. So I walk to the front desk and see other clients waiting - which now makes things start to click. I get to my car to realize that there is still sugar in parts of my body that should not have sugar, and was very angry the technician let me leave knowing this was the case. No one came to the front desk to talk, so I just walked out as I was also embarrassed I was crying in front of the waiting clients. The manager later called to ask for my sequence of events and helped me figure out a way to reimburse a gift certificate that I would now never use at the location. I truly hope the technician was aware that as a professional, it is part of your job to communicate what is going on - even if you don't understand or don't have a solution. I would maybe consider going back if she had done that, but silence scarred me.

Caitlin was awesome. Efficient and thorough. I will be going back. Everyone was very nice, and I felt comfortable with the experience.

They booked my appointment in the wrong month. The front desk lady didn’t assume their mistake and never apologized. She was rude and she didn’t care at all, she said everybody go on a trip and I am alone now and I can’t do it. Didn’t care at all horrible customer service, don’t go! If they make a mistake they don’t tell you and they don’t care to fix it either. I leave in 2 days and I planned this appointment accordingly. Never come back to this place. This lady should work somewhere else where they don’t provide customer service because she has cero skills on solving problems. I came here in the past 3 times and I wanted to try it again, regret it and wasted my time!

Amazing place. They make awkward visits for sugaring (like brazillians for example) super relaxed and it really helps when it's your first time lol. I had my first Brazilian and Taylor made me laugh so much during it I didn't feel awkward at all. I went back for legs and arms and will continue to go. Great experience, awesome staff. 100% recommend

I’ve come here a number of times for the same service. I like it because Sugar’d is better than waxing and the staff is super friendly. That being said, some technicians did better jobs than others. I found that the ones that took their time did a much better job, instead of rushing through it. One time, a technician recommended that I buy the use-at-home waxing kit because it would be better money for the service I was seeking. I really appreciated her sincere suggestion and that she wanted what was best for me instead of just making more money off of me. I’ll always recommend this place!

great place with helpful and friendly staff, and my experience with my sugarer was pleasant and comfortable. she was great at listening to what i needed and communicating (i’m an experienced customer and most estheticians aren’t this thoughtful). would be great to be able to book online and edit appointments through a third-party app like mindbody or vagaro. also -1 star because their walls are all open at the top and you can hear everyone’s conversations, which is kinda weird considering the intimate nature of the appointments. still going to come back regularly as long as i can afford to.
