Ali Arc Industries LP

I installed my bumper myself. It doesn't come with instructions but it's not hard to figure out. This is my second bumper from Ali-Arc and I'm satisfied with their product. Hit 2 deer with the first one and the bumper stayed true, didn't bend or warp.

There is no 100 percent fix for everything in this world but we at Maxx Transport LLC believe installing Ali Arc bumpers on our trucks has been a great decision. Our trucks have hit many deer and guess what, sometimes they get through the gaps of the bumper framework, however the downtime and repair costs that have been saved make the product worth every penny. As for the quality I can say we are some pretty fussy and particular people and demand the best we can get. I have worked on trucks for almost 40 years and I've never installed an aftermarket part that fit as well as these bumpers. The welds are great and the polish on the aluminum is real nice. Kevin and the folks there have always taken care of every need. Truthfully I don't normally review products but after seeing some of the bad reviews I thought the truth should be told.

I have read the reviews posted. I have done business with Ali Arc for over 20 years. Every single individual that is a part of Ali Arc are elite individuals. If you have a problem with Kevin or anyone else down there you probably have problems with most people. There are few companies in today’s society that actually care about their customers. The same holds true with employees of many companies. I can assure you this has always been the case with Ali Arc. The product is the most elite on the market. The prices they have are not close to being challenged by any other competitor and the product itself guarantees everything it offers. I am a business owner and do understand that there are individuals that like to post their reviews to make a company look bad cause they didn’t get their way or agree with a companies policies but I will say for every one there is of these types there are thousands that will speak incredibly of this outstanding company and all of their outstanding employees.

hey there,well i have used the services of kevin and dan several times since i purchased the ali arc for my 2007 t600b in 2014, first time i hit a wild pig and dented the lower tube on the right front, i called ali arc ordered new tube and they helped with the out of country issues of payment, got my new tube in about a week or so, perfect fit. about four years later, next problem, a couple month ago i hit a big rock in a parking lot that ran out in front of me, same deal made contact same great service, two more pieces, lower tube and skirt, perfect fit. about a week later i hit a deer, broke a fog light and not even a scratch on the bumper. great product, great people, great company. get your bumper from ali arc. thank you ali arc.

I am not normally one to leave a bad review but I am pretty disappointed with my experience with aliarc bumper. I bought a bumper thru my kenworth dealer and was not very happy with the overall quality. I paid close to $3600 after it was all said and done. the weld job looked uneven and sloppy and the chrome on the bumper was full scratches. the Stealership told me thats what they all look. its a shame because other bumpers I looked at wwere $4800 Which I could not afford. You get what you pay for I guess

Ordered a Deer guard bumper for my truck from ALI ARC through one of the authorized dealers not long ago, and I must say it was the best decision ever made. Was told it would take 5 weeks or so for it to be made as it is made to order which is totally understandable. Customer service was friendly and professional as how every business should be. Every time I had a question, Greg or Kevin had given me updates in a quick manner. The bumper came out fantastic and installation was pretty moderate. Definitely would recommend this company for their deer guards!
