Finally a store location on the East side. Driving all the way to Betts ave is a journey for a few things but I really like their products. Sales associate multitasking with helping customers, cash, and welcoming people is amazing. Will look forward to coming here again.12/12/21Every time I come here I'm starting to wonder if I should take my business elsewhere. Company seems to be more interested in sales than actually what the customer needs are. I've had two different people tell me I should be using 30 volume developer or use 20. Now I wasted my money and I've been using two different ones. Which is it? At this point I'm just going to the internet 'cause the business only seems to be interested in selling me stuff I don't need and selling more items per transactions.

Amazing staff! Dallas was a BIG help and had lots of knowledge of products and recommendations. They go above and beyond.

The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They helped me figure out the products that would work best for my hair type. The store was very clean and organized.

good place to get what you need for hair colouring and the workers are pretty nice. though i was assured twice that i wouldnt get any spam emails from signing up for the points system and i still got them, very annoying…

On Saturday April 1st. Me, my husband and 2 small children entered this business. The older lady had asked if we needed help, which I politely declined. We shop a fair amount at Sally’s so we know what we were looking for. My husband is black and our kids are mixed so we were taking our time looking at new products for their hair. This lady watched us the whole time at the end of the aisle making it known she was watching us. This isn’t the first time this has happened to us in there as a family.When I go alone I’m asked if I need help right away and then left till the end of my shop at the checkout. To make this last experience worse. She has the nerve to be so snotty on our way out saying “oh didn’t find what you were looking for?” With a smug look on her face like she just caught us. Which wasn’t the case I told my husband to put his things back because it was apparent we were being profiled. I was appalled at the way we were being treated. Absolutely disgusting.

I am a senior with some scalp issues. From the very outset I have found the staff exceptionally customer focused. One young lady, Katie, has been great to deal with and very helpful. Great staff and great products!

Good products, but the staff here are horrible. Constantly asked if I'm finding everything okay, then when you decline they follow you around the store and watch from the end of the aisles. Makes you feel like your a criminal for just supporting their business, not to mention I find them quite arrogant and short. This has happened the NUMEROUS times I've visited this store so I would recommend people just order online and get it delivered until they can treat their walk in customers better.

Went in here today and the place reeked of cigarettes, almost like people are smoking in the back with the door cracked open. Had to leave!

The associate was so nice and helpful.
