They had my rear window (a simple tinted window) changed out and because they knew I had recently lost my husband, they went the extra mile and cleaned my mats, vacuumed out my truck and wiped it down on the inside for me, simply out of the goodness of their hearts and still had it done in 40 mins. The window is perfect, the staff is kind and courteous, I couldn’t say more for them. Thank you again you guys, these little acts of kindness when you’re going through such difficult times mean the world. ❤️

Please don’t ever go to this place for windshield chip repair. I had a small chip took to this place and the guy took car inside and came out with the happy news You need a new windshield. Oh my gosh he cracked it. Never ever I will go there please keep away from crystal glass. He doesn’t know what he is doing with windshield.

Spoke to the manager, Darren, about replacing a windshield. He asked a couple questions to determine the glass I needed. He had it in stock and was able to fit me in same day. They were ready for me at my appointment time and had the old windshield out and new one in in under an hour. Everyone at the shop was friendly and accommodating. Top notch service! You can tell when a team works well together and enjoys where they work.

Darren is extremely rude on the phone and in person, he got my appointment time wrong, and then didn’t do the wiper motor realignment. Luckily my husband was able to realign the wipers at home, but you’d think a place that does hundreds of windshields would get it right. Lots of other options in the city - go elsewhere.

Crystal glass was able fix my window in a timely manner which I greatly appreciated. However, I was extremely unimpressed that my boyfriend was given an entirely different quote than I was. I ended up getting the work done under my boyfriends name and number for this reason. I’m pleased with the work they did but I will not be a returning customer for this reason. Stay mindful out there, ladies.

I hav even using Crystal glass since 2016 they do a fantastic,quick professional job! I had a stone chip which they fixed last week and they went above and beyond and cleaned all my windows on my vehicle and made them sparkle like new! Thank you again Crystal glass!

The folks at Crystal Glass were very nice and friendly. They did an excellent job of replacing the windshield in our car, quickly and affordable!! They vacuumed the floorboards and even took the time to pull the oil change sticker from the old windshield and place it on the new one. We highly recommend these guys!
