I have my nails done next door so one day last fall I finally took a deep breath and walked into Herbal One.I was greeted warmly by the owner Sue. I poured out my heart about how discouraged I was to the point of crying. She listened and I could tell immediately she understood and sincerely cared. No pressure no big sales pitch no rushing me . It was amazing,exactly the kind of help I needed. I started with a 10 pound goal baby steps. I went into see Sue everyday my choice to do so as I needed the motivation and encouragement . I learned the reason I could not lose weight was the dact I was not eating enough. Imagine my shock.She listened to everything going on in my life not only the food lifestyle change lol. It was easy just take the supplements and write down everything I ate .....that was key. I lost the 10 and kept on going to lose a total of 25 pounds. I am thrilled. I still go in at least 3x a week. I have kept it off . Sue still gives me tips and menus it is a fantastic relationship. I will never gain a pound! I highly recommend Sue and Herbal Onebest decision you will make.
