Customer service is terrible, I mean TERRIBLE. Customer service is overwhelmed by volume, you sit on hold for 5 minutes then get moved to an after hours response where the people can't do anything to help you. I recently ordered heating oil - for a furnace. It's 8 days later, no oil, no explanation, nothing. I will take our business elsewhere.

One star is for the good customer service on the phone. The people who answer the phone are very nice and helpful.But overall this service is terrible and should have zero stars. NEVER sign up for auto fill for your home oil. This company will fill the oil way too often, when your oil tank is already full. Spill oil all over the place, and then charge you a thousand dollars. No joke. Its like a scam.
