Sarah Taylor Wellness is such a lovely place to relax and regroup. Such a warm and welcoming environment. Sarah is friendly, compassionate and listened to my concerns. I used STW for my terrible Siatica Pain, since I started receiving reflexology 1.5yrs ago, I have had zero pain. Highly recommend.

Tried reflexology for the first time. It was great. Sarah did a good job at explaining what it was and the benefits. I look forward to my next visit.

I needed support. I wasn't 100% sure what I needed but I was suggested to hire a doula. After speaking with other doulas in the area, I connected with Sarah at Sarah Taylor Wellness. She was supportive and my husband and I were very comfortable with her informative approach. I was later in my pregnancy and I was nervous it was too late. This was not the case at all. Thank you so much for all your help before, during and after the birth of our daughter, as well as answering our questions no matter how silly they seemed.I felt at home in Sarah's care. If you are looking for doula services, reflexology and/or reiki, I would recommend Sarah Taylor Wellness.

I went to STW for a reiki treatment with my baby. He fell asleep as soon as it started (magic?!). For me, it was a calming and peaceful time where I could focus on my mental health and postpartum healing.I've previously gone to Sarah for reflexology and Dancing for Birth. The reflexology was amazing and really helped me feel better - I genuinely got relief from a sinus cold. Dancing for birth classes were fun, active, and educational. I absolutely enjoyed them and hope to go back soon! LSarah's new space is larger and inviting. It's relaxing to receive treatment from her and she listens earnestly to you.
