Extremely insulting out right rude representatives have filed a complaint with the board of consumer rights threatning people is not okay i have copies of your emails telling me to ssve myself the embarrasment and pay also recordings of you encouraging me to find a family member or friend to pay my debts which is also ilegal maybe sort your records" a little better"

Managed to win our judgement almost 8 months ago and still for this collections" agency to collect. Every time I reach out for an update I either don't get a reply or it's very dismissive.Last time I got an answer it just sounds like they're doing nothing with it."

3 years ago I was dealing with skycap financial and out of the blue they hung up and sold my dept to metcredit. No proff of contract.

Terrible incompetent company. A landscaping company I hired to do my landscaping took a deposit for the job and that of 7 others. Never showed up to complete the job and is still owing us. He goes to MetCredit with unverified claims of me and others owing about 7 thousand dollars, we zero proof of that. MetCredit for the incompetent company they are started sending us emails about a matter that is already pending in court with zero proof that the claim was genuine. They are tainted and blinded by the percentage they make from the collection and threw all their professionalism in the thrash. Didn't verify the claim, did zero investigation before harassing us with frivolous emails and callsUtterly disgraceful and shameful company by any standards.

Unfortunately I will not be doing that you need my money not the other way around respect is earned not given and your company has shown nothing but disrespect I recommend you get ur employees to learn more about how the Canadian culture works maybe if you want your employees to make threats at least make sure they can speak English in an understandable mannerThese guys are really bad at customer service the people they have call you don’t even know what their talking about. I really hope the employees don’t make over minimum wage they are the definition of unskilled workers. They can’t answer any questions and just make empty threats while not even understanding what their saying or how their business works it’s pathetic. They have zero respect for anyone and talk down to people instead of reasoning with them and understanding people struggle some times don’t take their threats seriously they really don’t do anything but make empty threats just brush them off and deal with the company you owe money to directly the interest goes to them so you will pay less that way also also if you want proof of how terrible this company is go look at their indeed reviews lol lots of issues their . all it takes is one employee to sue and they will crumble also the fact they respond to your reviews with personal information on a public form (google reviews) is really bad and not legal that information is private and should not be shared publicly like that it’s one thing to speak with people directly but ya no a professional company usually responds by asking the customer to reach out to them not make their information public

The ABSOLUTE most POLITE UNDERSTANDING and DECENT collection agency I have worked with!!I became very ill and unable to pay ANY creditors...for 6 months I had every collector know to man calling e-mailing etc.NONE of these collectors treated me with ANY compassion and honestly made me feel like a common criminal for not having the means to pay my debts!Until I was e-mailed by Chung Tso, he was MORE than supportive and willing to work with ME!I am honestly glad I ended up in debt because otherwise I would never have had the opportunity to meet this wonderful person!If you go in debt...hope it's with MET!!! LOL

This company falsely put a mark on my credit report for a company I've never used and without any sort of notice. Terrible scam

Overall my experience has been very positive with MetCredit. They're organized, professional and get the job done! Customer service and response times are excellent! I was very happy to find a collections agency who only takes payment if they collect. The invoices I submit to them are not huge amounts, however, they seem committed to collecting even the smaller amounts which is very important for a small business like mine.

This company harrased me for years over a near decade old debt owed to a phone company that illegally over charged me well beyond contract price simply due to the fact that this was around the time they changed the rules to have phone bills account towards credit loss. In doing so opened up foreign scam artists like these brown clowns to cheat hard working Canadians out of their money. This company is a complet scam. I payed my bill and still waiting on my receipt from them for over 3 years. Metcredit has been contacted more than a dozen times this last week and no one has responded via email nor addressed the issue over the phone.

I left a review recently on metcredit that wasn’t overly flattering and I’m here fixing my review because after speaking with the people at met credit my tune has definitely changed. To anyone stressing out about dealing with a credit agency just remember automated systems can be a pain with ghost calls it’s not the people dialling every day. Once I spoke with a met credit agent on the phone they were very professional and helpful in getting everything figured out! It was refreshing to talk to a credit agency that didn’t act like they were going to come cut my foot off in the middle of the night if I didn’t pay the bill right there over the phone haha :) all I can say is don’t let stress get the better of you and remember everyone has there job to do.THANK YOU MetCredit for working with me to clear things up!
