Mahony's Tavern False Creek
I recently visited this establishment for the first time while biking along the Seawall. Our plan was to enjoy some bar hopping and make the most of the beautiful patios while indulging in happy hour drinks and food.Upon arrival, the hostess informed us about their happy hour. However, to our disappointment, the waitress later clarified that there was no happy hour at that time. Their happy hour schedule was limited to Monday - Friday from 2-5PM and every day from 9-11PM. As a result, we only had a few drinks before heading to our next destination.We opted for the Moody Ales Lavender Sour beer (16 oz) priced at $8.75 and the Mahony Caesar double for $13.75 (a single costs $11.50). Thankfully, we were seated promptly on the patio, which surprisingly wasn't busy despite it being a hot Sunday afternoon on the Seawall. I can only assume that the lack of a happy hour contributed to the lower customer turnout.While I can't provide an in-depth review of the food, it's worth mentioning that the drink prices were on the higher end. I would suggest the establishment consider offering a happy hour from 2-5PM throughout the weekend to provide a more appealing experience for their customers.In summary, our visit to this place was enjoyable, primarily due to the patio ambiance. However, the limited availability of happy hour and relatively high drink prices could be improved upon.

Amazing place! We were riding the aquabus around false creek shopping and being tourists in our own town and stopped here for dinner on the patio.We were seated right away and ordered drinks. We then ordered our main courses and they came in 15 minutes. The view and ambiance were top notch.The food came and it proved to be as good as the view!The waitress was great and quite sassy which was fun.All 4 of us were very pleased having dinner here overlooking beautiful false creek. 5 Stars.The only confusing part was we weren't sure if we were having dinner at Mahony's, Tap and Barrel or Bridges. Seems like this place has 3 names?

Mahony's Tavern False Creek
My family and I had a lovely time this weekend on the patio. Mahony’s has one of the cleanest pet friendly patios in the city. We were taken care of by Daniel throughout the evening and he was absolutely splendid. It’s been a minute since I’ve had a severe go completely above and beyond for us. Will definitely be back!

I wasn’t expecting too much from this restaurant as we came here simply because it was a very hot day and we were taking a walk in the area. So we wanted to have a snack somewhere with a patio. However, it still fell below my expectations. There was a dollop of mayo with the sliders that we ordered and the chicken was not cooked very well either. The fried battered fish in the tacos were soggy and tasteless. The only saving grace were the aioli fries, which I had expected it to fall flat because they didn’t use shoestring fries for it. It turned out pretty good actually because it was fried properly. Overall, the service was good and I enjoyed the patio when it’s so hot out, but I would not come back again because the food was very lacking.

One of the best terraces in Vancouver! You face Dowtown, and the seaboat in just under the restaurant, so easy to get access!Ill repeat for sure, the steak was so good by the way.

Loved the patio and view from here. Fabulous spot to get good photos of downtown. I got the vegan Mediterranean bowl which was good but the tofu was overly salty. Definitely visit for the view.

Great patio with a dog friendly section. The server brought out water for our dog to start us off which was a nice greeting. The deep fried risotto was so good. The smash burger was alright. The Bellini was so yummy and sweet.

Yummy and great value for the Spinach Artichoke dip and Ahi Tuna bowl! Unfortunately disappointed with the Seafood Pot Pie as it's actually just a small cup of chowder with a piece of crust on top, menu description and price should definitely change.

An amazing patio with a beautiful view of the downtown skyscrapers! The servers are great, attentive and quick! I ordered the Med Bowl and absolutely loved it. Fully recommended :)
