Have gone here before with no problems but i wont be anymore. I Left a message on the weekend and never received a call back, when I recalled them looking for a part they were out of stock and when I tried to ask a question about the part I was interrupted and told that's not what they do here".So an auto wreckers that can't offer info or advice on a part gets a 1 star from me. Poor customer service and attitude on the phone. Good news is they recommended another scrap yard business to try."

I called couple weeks back talked with a gentleman name Adam he was nothing but extremely helpful and when I saw I wasn’t gonna be able to make it in time Adam put my hood on hold and was able to leave it for me to pick up after close, highly recommend!

Jake is super helpful! I needed a battery for an older truck, he sold me one that might work, and told me if there was any problems, to come back. I did Infact have an issue, and Jake took care of it no problem.I wish there were more operations like this. Unfortunately there are not. If I do require more parts, I am going back to King's Auto Wreckers.

Called about some parts, guy on the phone said he would find out if they had them and would call me back later that day to let me know. Never called back. Took my business elsewhere

Very friendly and accommodating. I originally had a part on hold as I was driving down near Peterborough for a trip. My trip got cancelled last minute and they were able to ship it to me in Ottawa. Jamie was super helpful and I got the package very quickly. I could tell there was care in packing the part due to all of the bubble wrap ;)I would much rather buy from them than dealing with local yards in Ottawa going forward.
