We've been Lawn Sharks snow removal customers for a few years now and are always very pleased with the speed, reliability and quality of the snow removal, as well as the communication to customers to advise when clearing will start and end for the day. I hired Lawn Sharks to clear snow from my driveway. Their snow clearer drove 10 feet onto the lawn with their truck, tearing up chunks of grass and soil. When I complained, their customer service representative said, This is a non-issue. This is no worse than what the city plows do to boulevards." (I have never had this experience with the City plows.) I cancelled my service without further consideration due to that terrible customer service.I advise anyone to be extremely cautious if considering this company for snow clearing services. Their terms of service say that they are not responsible for any damage caused to fences

This is our 2nd year using Lawn Sharks for year-round service. They do a thorough and professional job, and response time during winter is great ( even during last years crazy winter!). Much more reliable than other companies we have used in the past.
