I have nothing negative to say about them. They did a great job with my car. I got it back fixed and sqeeky clean. Very capable of doing the best job in town ( that's an assumption, as I don't have much experience with this , touch wood). Prominent location. Upfront about what needs to be done. And do a great job. No complaints whatsoever.Also they can deal with sgi directly, if needed

One of the best services I’ve ever received and I will definitely be going back there if necessary in the future, they were very professional and I am very pleased with the service I received from start to finish.I felt very comfortable there as they had everything ready to go from paperwork to someone taking the vehicles back, they answered all my questions with the SGI Claim stuff. I got two claims from SGI and both of them were covered by my insurance. Even though I had the total loss insurance for renting a car during their service but I didn’t use because they offered me a rental car which is made me a bit upset at the beginning. I supposed to get a JEEP but I got Chevy Cruse, but later we fell in love with Chevy. They finished my car even before the time that is supposed to be fixed. These photos say it all. They did a very professional work on my car and gave me a lifetime warranty which is impressing. When we really had missed our car they fixed and fully detailed the vehicle which made our day. Just picked up my car this morning after having it at Perfection for an SGI Claim and repairs. When I arrived Monday to drop the car off, they set me up with a courtesy car and were so great to talk to.Today, I was greeted this morning with a smile and I truly felt like I meant something as a customer. Looking at the car, they did incredible work and it looks brand new, they even did a full detail of the outside and inside as well. This is the ONLY shop I’ll go to for my auto needs. I woke up to gut wrenching spray paint all over the exterior of my car SGI appointment couldn’t get me in for a month !!! Contacted Lisa and she got me in an taken care of the next morning !!! You can’t even tell my car was damaged. They were awesome !!!

I would give them a 5 star review as I am very happy with the service I received there. I had a small accident with my car. The repair was great and they had a great communication with the states insurance companies. All good and thumbs up for their service.

Wow. Perfection is great. I came in to get some vintage badges put on my new bronco. Not something they typically do, but they came up with a plan and booked my vehicle in. Not only were they friendly and helpful, fast and professional, but they also gave me a rental car free of charge. Best part though, I went to pay and they told me on the house. They have 100% made a life long customer and I will suggest their business to anybody who needs work done. Thank you so much!!
