Anand repaired my PC about 3 months ago. I had dropped my PC and the hard-drive had become mal-functional. I was fairly certain that was the problem and he diagnosed/confirmed that free of charge. He then let me know of my options. I chose to buy an SSD myself, and he installed windows for me at a reasonable price.Throughout the process, he maintained good customer support and communication. He doesn't have a repair store, but you can drop off your PC or other hardware at the coffee shop, which allows him to keep the repair prices reasonable which is a win-win I think.

Thank you, Anand! My Dad called me and was panicking due to having challenges with his laptop. We contacted Royal Computer Care today (Sunday), and connected with Anand. He stopped everything he was doing, and encouraged me to bring over my Dad's laptop. Anand was patient and kind, and provided me with useful information regarding possible solutions. I, then, went back to my Dad's, and connected Anand remotely to my Dad's laptop. Interestingly enough, as soon as I gave Anand a call, my Dad's laptop was fixed. So not not only is Anand patient, kind, and knowledgeable - but it also knows a bit of magic lol. In addition, we were not charged. Thank you, Anand, for your time and assistance today (and for your honesty). This is now our second instance using Royal Computer Care's services. Very friendly helpful, get the computer fixed very fast and with great price. He did everything perfectly and has been very patient and make it clear for me what to purchase on Amazon. It helped me to save money and time.( a part need to be replaced). Best service , better than any other computer fixing store I have ever been to. Highly recommend!

Worst and pathetic behaviour from Anand . he threatens his work agents and also customers and running multiple business so customer is least priorty for him . Dont waste your money with him .once paid you willbe at his mercy and wether you get service or threatening calls you donnt know

Thanks to Royal Computer Care(Anand).My Laptop was having issues with fan which gave head ache not only to me , rather to the other person sitting beside me too and used to hang in between, at times it used to be dead slow.He helped my laptop to gain the speed and peace to me by removing the fan and cleaning it at a reasonable price.He was really friendly and cooperative with the timings.Thanks Anand
