Terrible broker and agent!!!!We had one of the worst experiences ever with one of their male real estate agents in the Orillia office. Prior to addressing our major concerns with the owner...we spoke to the front desk regarding our concerns and were reassured that they will rectify the problem asap because they do not want bad reviews and value our business.Days went by with no contact or change to our situation. Despite being reassured that it will be fixed.Finally, we managed to contact the owner at BJ Roth, to address our concerns, and were told that he is not interested in hearing our concerns and will not rectify the unprofessionalism of one of his agents because we signed a contract! We were very disappointed in the owners mannerisms and vowed that we would never buy or sell a house with BJ Roth.This is very bad business practice. Especially when you are buying one of the biggest purchases of your life!!!I do not recommend this broker. Find an agent and broker that goes above and beyond for their clients...this is not the place to find one.Regulations (CREA) need to be updated and regulated furthermore in this industry to protect individuals from shady agents and greedy brokers!DO NOT sign a buyers representation agreement unless you want to be committed to your representative throughout your purchase(s). Purchasers need to be educated and realize that your buyer representation contract does NOT have to be for a length of time or area....it CAN be done on a home to home basis!!! This way....IF your agent did not look after your best interest when presenting an offer.. you will not be committed to the same agent/broker.Time to move on!!!Good luck!!!!

Called and left a message with reception in the early afternoon and didn't receive a call back until the following day. When I answered the phone, they didn't say anything (like a scam call) and then hung up. They haven't tried to contact me since.

A friend refereed Stephanie Davis from century 21 to us because we where unhappy with a real estate agent we used from another popular brockerage firm in Barrie. Stephanie was great , always accessible, she was awesome to deal with. Stephanie took the time to explain to us what the whole process was going to be like which put us at ease, she gave us help and suggestions on how to make things easier. Had an awesome experience with century 21. Very specifically with realtor ROB HELLYER.He is an extremely good realtor helped us by our forever home, sold our previous home at over asking price! And negotiated our new house to under our budget.He is kind, hard working and a real person. He went above and beyond and was availible litterally whenever we needed anything. He is still delivering our mail from the old address...haha sorry Rob.Thanks again!
