Colette is a mind-reader! I saw Colette for the first time yesterday and received the haircut that I didn't know how to ask for. Colette was competent, professional and while I don't get my hair cut often, I will certainly try to get in again with her. Thank you, Colette!

My stylist’s name was Sierra; she gave me the best experience because she knew what I wanted when I expressed my frustrations with other stylists. She saw my curly hair and accommodated my natural hair better than any stylist has before.i would recommenda requesting her for your next appointment!

I’ve been coming here since right before the pandemic. I came to transition from dark hair to blonde and was recommended to Sierra. Which I am beyond thankful for, I’ve now been coming here for 3 years and specifically see Sierra. I don’t think I would trust anyone else with my hair at this point. Every stage of the transition from dark to blonde and back again has been amazing. Sierra is beyond talented but she is also a really great person to spend an hour and more being around. I also wanted to say that Brayden always has a positive vibe whenever he calls to confirm and check me in for my appointments, he is a memorable and positive person to have at the front.

Julia has been styling my hair for the past 7 months and I can’t speak highly enough of her and her work! I’ve never felt so confident in my appearance and I legit get complimented on my hair a few times every week! She’s so creative and has great care and talent for what she does, and it shows in her work.

Just went to mousy brown's for the first time. As soon as I came in was offered a drink and to take my coat . I seen kieran she did an amazing cut on my hair thank you.

My hairdresser Lisa took me through a wash and trim that were much more relaxing than other hairdressers I’ve seen in the past. I always go for trims so I typically fear too much hair being taken off. Lisa always checked in and made sure things were pretty comfortable and talked me through the dead end situation. I even got fully equipped with Shampoo and Conditioner and other stuff for the hair I had fun trying out since then. I highly recommend Lisa!

The first time I went to Mousy Brown's I wasn't happy with how my hair was cut. The salon reached out to me last week and wanted to make the fact that I was unhappy with my haircut right so I was able to choose any stylist I wanted and get a free haircut. I chose to have Kris cut my hair at the downtown location and I am thrilled. I will happily pay her full price because she listened and she did exactly what I wanted! I've already booked a follow-up appointment to get it trimmed in 10 weeks.

Lisa is so amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better job on my colour transformation from box black dye to a beautiful copper! She can truly perform magic, my hair feels amazing and the colour is perfect. She also did such an awesome job on cutting my hair too, I trust her with my hair completely and recommend her to all of my friends!
