Got an unsolicited text, then a call from Mark. I explained that I did not want to receive unsolicited calls or texts. He implied I had requested to sell my house, which I did not. I asked again to be removed from his list, he refused. I explained very clearly to him about CASL (anti-spam), he denied such a thing existed. Time to do a little research there guys. I repeatedly asked him to remove me from his list, and he kept trying to give excuses as to why it was ok that he was refusing (such as implying my kids had requested information from him). If you can't respect people's privacy and rights, they're certainly not going to trust you to broker a home sale.

Booked a showing appointment for one of their listings at 1 Yorkville Avenue 24 hours in advance for January 4, 1:45pm to 2:45pm. While me and my clients were on our way to the showing appointment (we were travelling from a far location), they cancelled the appointment only 50 minutes prior to the appointment. Gave a call to the listing agent named Salman Humayun and he told me the property has already been leased, and told me to contact Royal LePage Your Community Realty Inc. and when I gave them a call they simply told me oh it has been cancelled by the listing salesperson and the seller

I honestly regret renting from this place. So many visits recently , which are often times unnecessary, in my unit that really disturbs my works. Some agents, like Ray Nili, have really intrusive behaviors. He doesn't give enough notice for his showing and when he insists on coming into my unit, he has very bad behaviors. I have lived in Canada for years, i have paid almost half rent in other places, yet I had much more privacy and peace of mind doing my work. I am tired having to reschedule everything for their visit.
