Mr. Lube + Tires

I went there for oil change and by mistake the took out transmission fluid..for one hour they didn’t explain me properly whats going on I was just waiting. After that they told me they do not have transmission fluid so they have to send my car to the agency, I told them to give me another car for to use the manager told he doesn’t have that authority.I tried to explain them that my whole work is on car how will I ear but the only answer the manager have was I can do nothing without authority.This incident took place on Saturday and till monday there was no update . I got my car on Tuesday and the asked me to pay for oil change I asked them what about the days I missed my work because of their mistake. They held my car because I refused to pay. The manager told me I will get reimbursed after paying.I paid and now The higher authority is telling me to go to small claims court they won’t reimburse the other employees know nothing. Because of their mistakes I lost my work shift for 3 days and now they want me spend money on lawyers. Pathetic.

Do not use this company unless you want to waste time, money, and energy dealing with the lack of professionalism.Spent 2.5hrs waiting for an oil change. They took way longer than advertised to complete it. Then they forgot to screw in the oil cap and the undercarriage plate. This resulted in my car running out of oil less than a month later, needing a tow, replacement oil, and needing to get second and third opinions on what to do.Manager from Mr.Lube told me they saw a mistake on cameras and that they were at fault. Told me to then drive my car 2hrs back to a different location where a mechanic" would change the oil

These guys have good knowledge of your car.. Mahi did a good job. I was there for oil change and as soon as i pulled in .. within just 3 seconds he noticed bubble in my tire nd suggested not to drive anymore..Good job!

I brought my car here and was told by the attendant that they couldn't successfully remove my skid plate to drain my oil because my vehicle is Factory Sealed" so they'd just siphon my oil out from the fill cap instead.Respectfully

Never again! Used to go to these guys all the time. Was in this past Sunday for an oil change. The young man working under my car, Ashton, is incompetent to say the least. Ashton was tightening the bolt for my oil instead of loosening it. The car was being shaken while he was working which has never happened on previous occasions and then he stopped and came up and said he was refusing to work on our car as he was uncomfortable with the oil change as he could not get the bolt loose.. took it to my mechanic who had to heat the bolt to get it off as it was so tight. Take your business elsewhere. These guys don’t care, don’t know what they are doing and the customer service is severely lacking. I’m very lucky I have such a great mechanic because if he couldn’t have gotten it off, it would have been a $600 repair or more

Please don’t go here again. Light bulb installed, broken within next day. Thomas says we had only one in stock and at the same point he says we do inventory every month.Didn’t get refund. Good job. Neither I got bulb replaced. I had to go to London Honda and fixed my bulb, I have receipts if you want to verify.Engine oil , leaky filter got installed. London Honda caught and also gave me leaky filter. Came to the location, Thomas says Next oil change will be free.Drove 6k with changed oil at London Honda. Thinking if I go to mr. lube , I have free oil change.We called Thomas, Thomas denied that he remembers any of this matter.Thomas is never earning my trust. Not that I had trust before. I remember his sentence “when you come, tell my name , Thomas. “. Wow Thomas… seriously. Stop fooling people around. I hope you suffer from this type of financial damage and will realize how much painful it is.

I was in for a oil change and jamiet was the one that look after me he did a really good job and He went over everything that will help my car I would give him a 10 stars if I could. Great customer service and very friendly. I would recommend it to my friends & family

Last week I went there with my 2013 Mazda 6 to change my engine oil and replace my sparkplug and Richard was the employee who served me. I highly recommend him because of his kindness, politeness and his hardwork. 5 stars ! *****

I really had bad experience all the time have been there. First of all, every time I have been there some or the other person is new and messing things up, that’s how they messed up my all four alloys, there are deep visible scratches on them and when I told about this thing they have always given me one thing our manager will give a call back but they never did.I’m never going there and not recommend anyone!
