Worse customer service ever. Trying to get my mailbox keys since July. Have spoken to Customer Service 6 times with different ticket #'s and nothing has been resolved. I will escalade this higher.

Another careless company. This is the Brampton North Canada Post distribution center. AGAIN, NO MASKS, EXCEPT FOR THE DRIVERS(who happen to be very helpful and polite. The from entrance staff, NO MASK. I WILL NO LONGER BE USING CANADA POST. THIS DISGUSTS ME. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A GOVERNMENT RUN INDUSTRY. NO WONDER WE HAVE OVER 50,000 NEW CASES DAILY. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE HEAVILY FINED AND JAILED TO FINALLY LEARN THEIR LESSON.

Terrible service, my tax money spent on nothing. I drive here to pick up my mail and “we’re temporarily closed” sign is up. Why is my tax money going to this facility. Only open 2-6 and I can’t even get my mail on a regular Wednesday. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Be prepared to waste time here, Manager is extremely unhelpful. She was in a rush to go home with all of her bags packed at 2pm. Manager didn't want to identify her name either even though shes a government employee paid by the taxpayers lol......

For the love of god, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS, THEY LOST MY PASSPORT AND WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT IT, THE REPLY WAS 'UNFORTUNATELY WE LOST YOUR PACKAGE, THERE IS NOTHING MORE WE CAN DO!'. I HAVE A ROUND TRIP FLIGHT BOOKED AND MY MARRIAGE ON THE LINE. I SURE HOPE IT DOES NOT HAPPEN TO ANY OTHER HUMAN BEING EVER. I SWEAR NOT TO DO ANYMORE BUSSINESS WITH THEM EVER IN MY LIFE.WORSE THAN THE WORST.

Worse post ever.Management should look into this location. Staff very rude. Online says diffrent,when you call post office says diffrent and when you go in office to pick they ask diffrent document. Making people to visit so many times.NEED ATTENTION

I would have given 0 star but i can't. i had very urgent parcel to pick up but they refused to give me because i don't have the same address on my id as on package. But guy before me got his parcel and that Chinese lady didn't even looked at his address. Worst experience.
