I cant believe it, it must be the millenial ---what have you done for me today" attitude........ that here is a service unlike anywhere else in the region

Most services are for homeless and heavy drug users (all great) nothing for your average aging healthy person with HIV who has to figure out how to finish a life they lost hope in long ago. Resume workshops? help getting Grant's to go to school? dealing with mental health issues relating to HIV? They have some great volunteers and a few approachable staff.I did my 4 month placement there, and there were staff that never spoke to me once in four months.I later had an interview for the position I did for four months as a student and was dismissed and ridiculed for stumbling on a simple question unrelated to the position. ( I am ADHD, and they claim to be an equal opportunity employer.) Plus, the money scandals being swept under the rug are just too much.

I was offered affordable housing by trellis through altogether housing" in belleville when I had landlord issues last fall. The apt was not ready and "altogether housing" gave no proper notice leaving me homeless for over a month
