Drove over an hr today specifically to check out the Plumbing Centre as it's advertise on TV often.Totally prepared to buy a toilet TODAY for our current complete overhaul bathroom reno.We don't have a lot of time in our day, so taking a couple of hours out to go look, touch and feel and get the job done was the mission we needed to accomplish today.It didn't happen, why? Well read on!Looked at the many models and had a few questions, no one came around to ask if help was needed, went looking for someone and FINALLY found an employee.The employee, don't know his name but was RUDE and not at all interested in helping out.Every time my husband asked a question, the employee's answer was curt & abrupt, he kept repeating he couldn't do anything for my husband if my husband didn't have the measurements from the wall???The employee said there was no use in him even wasting his" time to help my husband out if my husband didn't know the measurements from the wall?????HELLO Mr. Smart Mouth

I went to the plumbing centre to get a cartridge for my leaking shower. Joe Chohan asked me what the problem was and looked at the cartridge. He knew it was the seat washer and not the cartridge which was the problem. Sold me the right part and 10 minutes after getting home the shower worked perfectly.

Looked at every major store for a kohler replacement cartridge for my tap. Happened to drive by and stop here and they actually had it. Weekend saver!

Unless you get Greg at the front counter you will not get anything near satisfactory customer service, the other members of staff appear to be simply not interested.Having spent over $5,000 on parts for a bathroom renovation, we had a qualified plumber install the toilet, unfortunately when he ran water through it there was a small leak coming from a small crack at the back, nowhere near a joint. When I contacted the store I was told to make a video of the water actually dripping out of the toilet before they would consider exchanging it (I couldn’t just take the defective one back). Once they had the video they approached the manufacturer and after a few days they agreed to do a swap. Nine months later when I sat (gently and I’m only 150 pounds) on the toilet seat cover, it broke into several pieces. When I took the broken seat to the store I was told it’s not covered under warranty. Having read the manufacturer’s warranty it states there is a one year warranty on toilet seats. When I again contacted the store, I made them aware of this and was told “there’s nothing we can do, that’s the manufacturer’s warranty not ours (obviously!), you’ll have to contact them yourself.”Bottom line, from our experience it appears the toilet manufacturer Icera, produce a poor quality product and I would not recommend this store if you value decent customer service and do not expect any help if any purchased item encounters a problem.

Roy and his staff were very helpful. Product arrived quickly and was high quality. I always stress over renovations. The product and supplier helped alleviate much of that stress.

Customer since 2008. Joe and Roy have been very helpful, most recently, obtaining a hard-to-find replacement part for one of our bathroom fixtures.

Plumbing Center is a great store for both basic plumbing supplies, high end plumbing fixtures and free advice. This is a family run store that's been around forever and is always busy. People that know, come here to shop, not the nearby big box stores. Ignore the negative reviews, have patience and a sense of humor.

WOW! After a referral from a random customer at Home Depot in Niagara Falls we were told to come here. Roy was able to help us with a Moen cartridge(40+ yrs old)His expertise and experience made it possible to have a functioning tap that now doesn't leak!!! THANK YOU ROY!!!!

Husband and I are in the midst of bathroom renovations and Greg was extremely helpful. Great service great prices and they had everything available in a timely manner. Strongly recommend!!

Great place to get that part you can't find at the Big Box Store. Went in to get handles for the bathtub which I could not find at other stores but they had them . Great service and friendly staff. Lots of parking outside. They also have a very nice Showroom.
