Amazing staff and experience

This place was absolutely wonderful! I came in nervous but soon I was explained the process and was allowed to pick what studs I wanted. The doctor and nurse came in time to time to check on me too and when the doctor arrived, I chose to use the guns for my piercing and he did both at the same time which barely hurt. The nurse was very nice too so overall I really recommend! The walls are thin however, so if a baby is getting their ears pierced you can hear them cry quite loudly. Still a wonderful place to go to, very clean and very straightforward.

I was Really expecting to have a much different experience than I did took my daughter who at the time was 8 months to get her ears pierced the doctor had to Pierce one of her ears twice and still didn't get it right. So now currently my daughter has 2 piercings that are not in the same location on her ears.Now I have a decision to make whether I'm going to let the earlobes heal back and get them redone by somebody else... like a true peircer that ONLY does peircing. I didnt feel conf

Great experience thus far. Great earrings selection. The after car procedure was explained and the staff was quite friendly. My daughters is healing well.

Literally the worst experience. This doctor pierced my daughters ear wrong/uneven the first time, we had to re-do it 4-weeks later and he did it wrong again. When I told him I wanted a refund, he then blamed me, said its what I approved/marked. See image - he pieced WELL BELOW where we marked. When we asked him to remove it, he said we could do it and just walked away. I could truly care less about the $200. I care that my 6 year old had to go through this twice. Dr. Kanu takes 0 responsibility for his own work. Please, don't make the mistake I did, go to a PROPER piercing studio. I am now taking both earrings out, will wait a year or so when she is less traumatized, fully healed and get this done by a piercing artist with a trained eye for symmetry.

I didnt feel confident he knew how to handle a baby.Feel scamed out of $215 dollars...And the kicker to it all.... the backings to the earings have fallen off more then three times... and now i finally lost the backing and cant find those anywhere. So now i have to find new earings....Would love to have my money backDO NOT RECOMMEND FOR A BABY.... GO TO A REAL PROFESSIONAL

Fantastic. Clean. Haven’t had any blood come out of my ears at all. Barely even feel the need to clean them but I will anyways to be safe.

Great experience, super clean. Dr. Kanu, the nurse and the receptionist are all very friendly and helpful. It was my first time piercing (ear lobes) and I did lots of research online, I am so glad I chose this place.
