The food was good however the poor rating is due to being called a liar for complaining that one dish was missing from my order. I agreed received poor service customer service when I returned to pick it up.Check your order before you leave.

Just spent $72 on takeout and its the worst meal I have ever had from here. We order from here quite often.We understand that it is busy as it is New Years day, but the flavor of the food should not be lacking, it is made the same way everyday. Nothing we ordered had any flavor. This was such a disappointing meal and we waited almost 2hrs for our meal to be delivered.

Oriental Delight
Burnt Chicken fried rice again, so I fed it to the raccoons. This is the 3rd time, and I'm beginning to get leary about ordering anymore from here. I've also never had S & Sr spare ribs with a batter. I'm from the west and the Chinese food is quite different. The ribs are deep fried then stewed in sweet and sour sauce.

I ordered dinner for 6. It was my first time ordering here. Every dish was made with perfection. Best Spring rolls, Fried rice, everything " was delicious. I was so surprised because I have been so disappointed with chinese food orders in Toronto too many times. It was my sister who lives in Keswick who told me about this place. The place was very clean inside. Excellent packaging

I'm surprised at the low reviews - this is by far my favourite Canadian Chinese restaurant in Keswick!The flavour is good, the meat is actually meaty and lightly battered. I really appreciate that after eating chicken from other nearby restaurants where I'm not even sure if 30% of each piece is meat and leads me to feel slightly undigested for a day.This place rocks! I almost didn't come back seeing the recent low reviews, in fear that something had changed, but glad I did and will continue doing so.

Awful. Waited over 2 hours for dinner and was told staff would call when ready. Chicken balls had cold half frozen insides and sauce was ice cold upon arrival. Staff did not call to tell me the order was ready, so I’m assuming it was sitting there for some time. On top of that, they charged me for 2 large sauces and decided to only put one in the bag. This happens frequently, and by the time I’ve realized it’s too late. Food was not worth the $70, tasted awful and was cold. Never going back.

ordered steak in some red sauce. The food was so fishy-smelling, we just threw it out. Pork was the same. Not sure if ownership changed but never eating there again. $48 down the drain

Really frustrating when ordered sweet & sour pork to take out and get sweet and sour source with fried pork on separately boxes, come back to get exchange and get the one on picture. I have to garbage it all and never seen any one doing sweet and sour pork like this
