Mark was professional, knowledgeable and communicated very well. The report was very elaborate and detailed. I am very pleased with the inspection process and would definitely use Mark in the future.

Mark was excellent. On time and very thorough. Went through the whole house with me explaining how some unfamiliar things work. Even made suggestions for some easy improvement opportunities.

Had Mark come in for an inspection earlier year (2022). Missed that two appliances weren't working properly. Stated in the report that the coil for the central air unit looked good and was in good working order. In less than 24 hours of moving in we find a huge puddle of water in the basement leaking from the furnace. Turns out the coil was completely rusted out. Mark didn't even check it. He told us to contact insurance, so we did just that. The quote from the plumbing and heating company was $5600 to replace. They are giving us $500 . NOT IMPRESSED!! We paid $700 for this inspection just to have to spend over $7000 in repairs and replacing appliances. Do not use this lazy inspector!!(Update)A YEAR LATER, I'M STILL FINDING THINGS I HAVE TO FIX OR REPLACE THAT THIS SHODDY INSPECTOR SAID WAS ALL GOOD!!Leaking sinks with split fittings that have been patched with silicone, humidifier issues, plumbing, broken windows!!! This is absolutely unacceptable! The repair bills just keep getting bigger and bigger...Mark, you should probably just fill out some Macdonald applications... if they will even give you one!DO NOT USE THIS INSPECTOR!!

Mark was very knowledgeable and professional in his work. He found some issues I would never have known about otherwise and was most helpful in suggesting what steps I should take to correct them. Appreciated getting his detailed report within a few hours of completing the inspection. He is highly recommended.

Mark inspected an acreage for me and my family recently. Regrettably I was not able to attend the inspection, however my partner and kids were able to. From what I gathered, Mark was very thorough and took his time during the inspection to ensure no stone was left unturned.
