Alex was absolutely fantastic. Car broke down in 30'C+ weather, had my 2 month old son with us. Alex (driver) went above and beyond to make sure both my son, wife, and myself were taken care of on a day where we were worried for the health of our son. Absolute life saver, and just a fantastic person in general. Top notch service.

I was very satisfied with the remorque 117. I was stranded on the 117 at 12:00 a.m.. the person that answered the phone for the call is very professional very helpful. The gentleman in question that arrived with the towing truck was very professional and was there in the time that they had said. I definitely give them a five out of five and would recommend them any day.

J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience avec Remorquage 117 en février. Ils sont venus remorquer mon camion et ma remorque de motoneige pour les sortir du fossé sur le chemin Baskatong. Lorsque le chauffeur est arrivé, il a accroché son camion au centre de l'essieu de ma remorque. Je lui ai demandé de ne pas le faire car cela risquait de plier l'essieu, il m'a assuré que ce ne serait pas le cas, mais il s'est finalement trompé. Cela m'a coûté plus de 1000 dollars de réparations et la société refuse de répondre à mes demandes de prise en charge. Je ne ferai plus appel à eux.Had a terrible experience with Remorquage 117 in February. they came to tow my truck and snowmobile trailer out of the ditch on Chemin Baskatong. When the driver arrived he hooked his truck to the center of my Trailer Axle. I asked him not to as it would bend the axle, he assured me it would not, however he was very wrong in the end. This cost me over $1000 in repairs and the company refuses to reply to my requests to cover this. Will not use them again.
