Tried bone-in chicken pieces as these are halal in this franchise. The chicken pieces were too oily, it doesn’t had the crisp expected, the portions were small.Overall, it was a decent taste but I believe they should bring the service at par with other fast food brands.

If only I could give zero stars. Firstly they didn’t take the order and were on phones all the time. I had to call them several times to take my order. On top of that the servers are very rude and terrible customer service. I asked for extra hot sauce she won’t give us. What is wrong with them? I never had this issue just for asking hot sauce. Seriously man these people need to be fired I asked for hot sauce she keeps looking at my face. This will be my last time ordering from kfc ever. The experience is seriously ridiculous.

Worst chicken bucket everJust the oil not even the chicken. When i tried asking the server there, she refused to answer properly and said you can go throw it in garbage, worst $45 spent ever.

I arrived at this location at 8:20pm, they close at 9pm! I wanted to order a 2pc meal but they only had 2 legs left so i was unable to get a leg and a thigh. There was no Mac & cheese (they offered me cold Mac and cheese), no biscuits. The staff was rude and talking amongst themselves instead tending to customers.

Most of the chicken pieces are getting smaller. I know the price of the commodities are rising but they raised the prices too and they made their sizes too small. In US all the prices have gone up but the chicken pieces are the same.

I ordered chicken sandwich combo, in vaughan location it was very tasty and fresh. There store was very busy still service was quick. Also staff members are very professional and polite.
