We contracted Richard from the VI Reel Septic to connect sewer line from our house to the City of Nanaimo system. The job involved old septic tank decommission, excavation, and connecting pipe installation. Richard explained the process involved and completed the installation in a timely fashion. He went out of the way to minimize yard disruption, even going under the sidewalk (without cutting it) to reach the sewer pipe coming from the house. A true customized service. Front lawn landscaping with top soil was a very much appreciated finish. Very professional service indeed.

I have a much older home and septic system. I recently booked a pump out / cleanning and decided at this time to have the system inspected since an inspection was never done in 15 years. I was hesitate on having the inspection thinking it was going to be either a waste of time and money thinking sales" they will want to update or replace my system. BUT I knew I needed it done to ensure my system is working properly. From the point of VI REEL septic showing up at my property
