Golf Town

I took my clubs in to get the grip redone. I left the covers on my driver, 3 wood and 5 wood. Upon picking up my clubs I realized the covers were NOT there!One of the employees put them into a discount bin. All my covers matched. Now I have 2 of my original covers and mismatched cover. I am NOT impressed and I will not be going to golf town any time soon!!!I WILL BE RECOMMENDING TO EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID GOLF TOWN!!!

Took my club in to get the shaft replaced and was helped by Darryl who gave me the best service I can remember experiencing. He took the time to work with me to find the best possible replacement for the price. Although they were out of stock on the exact grip that the club had he found the closest size and made sure to wrap the shaft in such a way that it matched my others exactly. 10/10 experience and will be back solely because of him.

Went in to get a box of my usual Titlist golf balls...Great price 39.99.I then had my Driver adjusted to eliminate my fade.Curtis who works there took me to the simulator to make sure it wasn't a me problem..A few swings later and a few clicks of my driver and I now am hitting it 15 to 20 yards longer....See Curtis ...He is a total Wizard....Thank you Golf Townpicked up

Good staff, kind and helpful. Stock is starting to dwindle it appears at this time of year. Store displays were well laid out and well merchandised for what they had.

A very good place for Obviously golf equipment and accessories, when in need of golf stuff". I try and wait for their sales. probably because I need help at golf. Don't play as much as I used too but it's still a good place for help with your golfing needs."

I ordered a Callaway 3 wood on line, placed the order Monday evening, received it Thursday about noon (In North Vancouver!). Pricing was good, free delivery. The club looks great, matches the rest of my set, can't wait to try it out tomorrow. Shipping was fantastic, the tracking website is really cool! I actually followed the driver on the map as he made deliveries in my neighbourhood, then arrived at my door.

This review is specifically for Nancy, the sales associate who helped me and my wife with the purchase of clubs. I have shopped there before, and have generally had sort of okay-good experiences, the main drawback being that there can be a big difference in the skill that an associate has in asking the appropriate questions to match your playing level with the correct clubs. When Nancy watched me hit some test balls, she asked if I minded a couple of recommendations based on what she saw. She brought a couple of clubs over, explained why she thought I might hit better with them, and gave me a couple of swing tips. Long story short, I bought a set, and have since seen an improvement in my striking. Maybe three weeks later, she helps my wife in the same way, with the addition that she kindly and patiently works to make some improvements in her swing, realizing that my wife is a beginner, and not overly interested in demonstrating that fact in a public place. Nancy is also genuinely warm and friendly, giving us some interesting personal anecdotes to go along with her recommendations. So now my wife has new clubs, is hitting better, and we can both thank Nancy for a great experience. Great job!
