Krista was great to deal with in getting me scheduled for service.Ian the tech they sent was very professional and understanding to what my needs were. they will be the first people that I call when needing help in the future.

We had a great sales experience with Jeff, as we evaluated options for the water quality issues we needed to treat. Then the installation experience with Cameron, Eric and Terry H. was just as great. They made suggestions for installation so maintenance and accessibility would be easier and walked us through the equipment being installed to make sure we were comfortable with it. Plus they were great with our three big dogs who kept wanting to help". Very happy with our decision to go with Gordon's."

Justin was fabulous to work with. He answered all my questions, and was detailed about explaining what he was testing, why he was testing, and then reprogrammed my water softener based on his findings. Justin took the time to walk me through the various settings of my softener. Most importantly to me was to find the register that tells me how many gallons I have left before the unit will regenerate. Justin was a pleasure to work with, he has a great attitude and congenial personality.

My husband and I bought a house in October and inherited a kinetico system and an account with Gordon water. We started having some significant issues with the softener right away and set a service appointment. Everyone we talked to was very kind and professional. Long story short, the first repair was unsuccessful and we ended up making two more service appointments. Tony made the most recent repair and he was great! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He walked us through some info about our system and how to properly maintain it and he was very thorough with the repair. We were never re-charged for the service call fee as it was the same issue we’ve had since October. Tony’s visit was 5 stars. I only took one off the review because Gordon as a whole feels a bit disorganized to me, and while everyone was very helpful, our issue did require three visits to remedy, but overall they will follow through, and see to it that you get quality water in your home.

We’ve had our Kinetico System for 17 years and moved it with us into each of our 3 homes. Had Cam from Gordon finish our first ever service on it today. He was very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Hoping for another 17 years!

Ian and his partner were wonderful to work with! The let us know what they were working on every step of the way and came to us with questions if they had them. They installed everything while we were at home with our two young children and it all went smoothly. We have had our system installed for a couple of weeks now and are very pleased with our water. I am still in the process of working with this company, so I can’t be definitive as to total recommendation as of yet, however, I will say all the people I have dealt with from the sales person, Justin, the installer, Andrew, the salt delivery person (forgot his name sorry to say but he did a great job) and the knowledgeable service person, Tony, have all been very pleasant, neat and have done a good job. I’m thankful mostly for Tony as he really got the machine up and running hopefully correctly now as the initial install perhaps could have been done more thoroughly. There are still a few tweaks on the system to work out, but I am confident and hoping that will go well too. I’ll try and add to this when the time comes. I do like dealing with a more local company, such as what this seems to be.

Great experience, Cameron did a really good job on installing our new RO system, faucet and soap dispenser. Definitely going to be using Gordon Water Systems in the future!

Ian called when he was 40 minutes away. Arrived before scheduled time which was great for me. Figured out the problems and made all the necessary repairs and upgrades.Very friendly, explained everything and good clean up at completion.

Ian was the ultimate professional. He took care during the install making sure it was done properly and minimal disturbance to house. He also did a great job explaining how things worked and what we needed to do for general upkeep. He was great.
