Paul is kind, thoughtful, reasonable and upfront with the work he planned to do on our home. His estimate was fair. I was very impressed with his attitude and approach to tough situations. This builds trust in workmanship which is hard to come by these days. His level of care lets you know he will to do right by his customers. I will be considering Paul for any future project.

We had our basement totally finished by Paul over the holiday season. He was exceptionally professional in everything he did and the end result was excellent. Even though Paul was a man short, he came in on time and on budget. Each day, everything was cleaned up. We would not hesitate to recommend Paul for any renovation.

KW Renovations installed a solid and attractive deck using sienna coloured pressure treated wood. The design was creative and unique to the space. The work was done on time as scheduled. Paul and his team were a pleasure to deal with from the time of first contact to completion of the project.

We had a large deck that required full removal and replacement. KW renovations provided best quote / value and took care of every including permit. We received timely updates (out of province) and the final product was outstanding with the entire site cleaned up and ready to go. Great job!

Had a fence built by KW Renovations, not even a year later one of the fence posts was extremely warped. Paul told me they stand behind their work and would fix the post. After months of avoiding and ignoring emails and texts, was informed he would not fix his work. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I now have to pay another contractor to fix Paul's work.REPLY TO K.W RENOVATIONSIf you actually stand behind your product and take pride come and actually fix your work like you agreed too. This is exactly what happened, if you would like me to send or post the texts and Emails between us to refresh your memory let me know, I think you may have confused me with someone else you have taken advantage of. I stand behind my review of DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, because you have already said you had to close your business and could not fix your mistakes, now you seem to be in back in business again.

Paul / KW Renovations did a great job of transforming our dusty, outdated basement to a fresh rec room/den/laundry and work space with a beautiful, updated full washroom. We are so excited to make better use of the space in our home.
