Richmond Storage

Poor customer service.

Winston, Frank and Vincent have been terrific with our household goods we've had stored there for the last 5 years or so. We sold our sailboat, moved a couple of times, and it was so easy bringing out stuff that wouldn't fit in our tiny condo. They'd drop what they were doing when we showed up and got our pallets down from high up on open racks. They NEVER charged us for doing this, unlike other storage companies. Yes, it's true that our stuff was in open racks, but I never worried a bit.I have nothing but gratitude for the way our goods were kept safe at Richmond Storage. We are moving again - out of Vancouver to a large house - and we don't need to pay for storage now. I am writing this to thank Vincent, Frank and Winston - you guys have been terrific!
