Healthwise Optimum Massage

The Therapist was great, she was amazing with her job. But the office specially to the one who’s incharge of billing don’t know how to do her job. I have 2 insurance & both are coordinated since I do get a lot of massage, accupuncture & chiro never I experience incovenience in all those clinic exept this one. I am a front desk myself ( 2yrs in this field ) & I am knowledgeable with insurance, I was instructing her to do this or try this instead but she didn’t listen & she’s insisting her part. I think she’s even lying when she said she will try again but I know she never did cause I tried my other insurance the next day at my work & every charge I did was very well coordinated. Anyway make sure you have a staff that can do her job well & a RELIABLE ONE. I went to your clinic to be relax & because of direct billing you made me wait for more than 30mins., you have insulted me with your email & you even lie to me about my insurance. IT WAS SUCH A DISSPOINTMENT & I WILL NEVER COMEBACK IN SUCH A HASSLE CLINIC!

Had a 75 min relaxation massage with Kaley which went great! She really focused on all my areas of concern and took her time in those specific areas. She was very kind and attentive and really helped alleviate a lot of the shoulder and back pain I’ve been facing. The only reason this place im giving this place a 3 stars is because while I was receiving my relaxation massage the other coworkers were being obnoxiously loud. They were slamming cabinets, microwaves, etc right next to the massage room while the service was going on. I would hope they would’ve respected the fact a service was going on but it truly took away from the ‘relaxing’ part of it.

I had an excellent massage today from George for my neck and head. He was great and knew what he was doing. The place is also clean and the environment makes you relaxed.

I visit this massage clinic every other week.I like how the therapist Pia does her job and there is very FRIENDLY staff.Recommending.

I have been going for a deep tissue dynamic massage/cupping for over two years with Ben now . Ben is amazing at what he does. I have had multiple injuries and he always takes time to listen and then address those pain points in the massage. I would definitely recommend to try massages here. The entire staff is very professional and friendly.

I have been going for a massage pretty well every 3-4 weeks for the better part of 20 years now and this was by far the worst massage experience of my life. It was very clear right from the beginning that my therapist was either in no mood at all to be there working today or she just really had no idea what she was doing. The first hour and a half of my two hour massage was spent face down on the table while the therapist massaged only the same 4 spots on my back and nowhere else. Not one single knot was released nor did she even address any of the areas of concern we had discussed prior to starting. On top of this the other staff working were incredibly loud while they sat and ate their lunch together in a room directly beside my room slamming cupboards and doors open and closed repeatedly.

I had Ben give me a hot stone massage for 90 minutes. He was very good. Would highly recommend. Super cool room. Different theme rooms! The clinic always gave a water bottle after the appointment Which as super nice, the clinic also had a spin the wheel where you could win a prize.

Acupuncture gets a 0.5 stars because I believe my treatment was based on her average knowledge of other clients' health problems and not based on my body's needs. She mentioned several times that some people tolerate needles better than others. I informed her that I am strong and I can tolerate high level pain. Regardless, I believe I didn't get enough needles. She was constantly asking me how I was feeling. Maybe because I told her it was my first time getting acupuncture. She removed the needles after about 15-20 minutes. She asked me to take out the card insurance right after she took out the needles so she could take a picture of it for billing purposes. I took out my insurance card and gave it to her. She snapped a photo right away and, guess what, she billed right then and there. It took her about 3-4 minutes to complete the transaction and inform me that the insurance covered most of the cost.0.5 stars for cupping - the majority of the cups were falling off, particularly on the hands and legs (2 cups on each hand and leg). Even before she finished cupping my other areas, some of the cups were falling off. She left me with falling cups for about 15-20 minutes. I could tell that some were losing while I was relaxing.0.75* for scraping - she used a mini spatula to scrape my neck and shoulders to relieve stiffness. She was scrapping so hard in some places that I thought I was going to bleed. This process was fine, as was the pressure.0 stars for settings - she was too loud handling the cups, the majority of which were stainless steel/glass and made a lot of noise. Furthermore, when she took them out, she threw them in the bag. In addition, everything she did outside the room was audible to me.0 stars for overall service - I will not return to her; clearly, she is more interested in my money than her clients. She assessed my body in less than 30 seconds and certainly she placed the needles in the common pain areas of average people.

I've been there so many times and all the therapists were so good. I highly recommend Anne as a massage therapist to anyone seeking a truly exceptional and therapeutic massage experience.
