Absolute worse service I have ever received anywhere. You're honestly better off going to the Westbrook location. The service there is a lot more friendly. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone unless it's your only option.

store claims to be the “cheapest prices guaranteed” yet when you go to check out they charge you more then the price labeled since they “label things wrong” seems unprofessional and low key fishy

I have been a customer at this Canna Cabana location since it was a was known as Choom (roughly 2 years). I was refused service for asking why I was getting id' and another gentleman who looked under 40 was not getting his id checked. After asking why Asia (name given to me) had informed me we id under 40 and it's the law and I should look it up. This isn't the first time Asia has done this to me it seems to be a reoccurring thing only when management is not around. I asked multiple times for a manager contact phone number or email and she refused to give me any information in regard to contacting Canna cabana. After Asia told me she was refusing to serve me because my line of questioning was verbally abusive and that id be ban from the store as well. I can confidently say I will not be returning to any Canna cabana location in the future.

Formerly Choom, this Canna Cabana is one of my favorite in town! I’ll make my way here regularly, from Woodbine (WAY in the Southwest!) because of the products they carry and regularly have in stock, such as their CBD/CBG vape cartridges!If you have high anxiety, or you want to have a toke and for for any reason (family dinner, kids, etc.) don’t want to be way too high, take a few hits on one of these cartridges first. The CBD everyone knows about, but CBG is lesser known. It actually fits into your CB1 receptors (same ones THC hits) and counteracts THC to some degree(not completely!), AND makes you feel like your in a wrapped in a warm blanket too!This location always has friendly stuff knowledgeable staff, ready and willing to help you out. They have many, many more products other than the one I mentioned above, another personal fave I first found here was LA Kush Cake. If you love heavy indica’s put that one on your bucket list!I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Management needs to inspect the attitudes of some employees, potentially a good shop is ruined by its shambled appearance and poor customer service. It’s generally ill-advised to argue with a client about what they ask for when you as the retailer were unable to follow simplest request for packing dates and sizes correctly. “Oh sorry” is perfectly acctable as opposed to “you didn’t” and “whatever *rolls eyes*.

I recently had a truly disheartening experience at Canna Cabana, and as a membership holder, I feel compelled to share my story. It is unfortunate that the incident involves a clerk who has previously served me, as I have always held this establishment in high regard. However, the encounter I had on this particular day has left a lasting negative impression.Accompanied by my girlfriend and our dog, we decided to make a quick stop at Canna Cabana after a walk. My girlfriend intended to purchase some cannabis products for herself, being a responsible pet owner, I opted to wait outside with our dog while she quickly made her purchase. Little did I know that this simple act would lead to a troubling confrontation with an employee.As I stood outside, minding my own business, the employee in question approached me and demanded to see my ID. Perplexed by this request, I calmly explained that I was merely waiting for my girlfriend to complete her purchase, as we were on our way home after a walk. I saw no reason why I, as a non-purchaser, should be subjected to an ID check.To my surprise, the employee became confrontational, resorting to threatening behavior. He menacingly claimed that he would review the security footage to confirm whether my girlfriend and I arrived together. This unnecessary intimidation tactic was both distressing and wholly inappropriate. As a customer who has frequented Canna Cabana in the past, I expected better treatment from the staff.Customer service should be characterized by respect, understanding, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this particular employee failed to exhibit any of these qualities. His behavior was not only appalling but also indicative of a significant lack of training in customer relations. It is deeply upsetting to experience such treatment from a place where I have previously felt welcomed.Canna Cabana, as a business, must take responsibility for the conduct of its employees. The actions of this clerk tarnish the reputation of an otherwise reputable establishment. I hope that management will address this incident promptly and take appropriate measures to prevent such situations from occurring in the future.In conclusion, my experience at Canna Cabana was far from satisfactory. The unwarranted demand for my ID and the subsequent threat made by the employee were completely uncalled for. As a loyal customer, I had higher expectations, and this incident has left me disheartened and questioning my future patronage of this establishment.
