They tell you that they're not allowed to take names for the following day for booking that it is first come first serve! Show up the next day an hour before there even open and they tell you they are completely booked for the day.

Had an issue with my tire today and pulled into Charlie's. It was such a pleasant experience. Definitely hard to find amazing customer service that I received today. Highly recommend them. Thanks guys

I've been going to Charlie's since 2018. Any time I was in a pinch they were almost always able to help me out. Unfortunately though, the last time I got some used tires wasn't very pleasant. I paid $138.00 for 2 tires that were within a centimeter of the wearbar. Im not an overly satisfied customer as of right now but I guess we'll see tomorrow whether we can work something out or not. If so I will re-review.

First come first serve. I call BS. The worse customer service. Never had this problem when Charlie was there. Apparently you have to sign in which we never had to do before. Sat for over 2 hours and watch maybe 4 cars actually get done. 2 young boys look like they didn't even want to be there. I have always went to Charlie's for several years. Never again. Should really take Charlie's name off the business. Gives him a bad name.

I had called today about a pot hole I hit which bent my rim. They told me to stop by and they would check it out. The lovely man was able to put it back into place as well as checked my tire pressures after. They didn’t charge me for the service, and have now gained a new customer. Awesome service :)
