Loved how easy the process is, just dropped the bike at my front door and within a couple of hours it was ready. Andy takes the time to explain what the bike needed and goes the extra mile to make sure your bike is in top condition. Thanks for explaining what gear trims are, I finally know what they are talking about in bike stores ;). I have other bikes that are still under the warranty period at the shop but once that's out I will only book with Andy.

Fantastic service. Nice guy and extremely knowledgeable about bike repair. I brought him in because there were some issues I couldn’t figure out. Andy didn’t skip a beat and had those issues resolved quickly and at a reasonable rate. Such a great service!!

Great experience, first time using Andy, he came to the front door, loaded my Rad rover ebike in his workshop van to install studded tires. He noticed that the shifter need a tune and fixed it with no extra charge. Fast and professional service. Definitely I will keep in touch with Andy and recommend him to people I know.
