Pilates Difference
Zhanna is awsome . She understands your body and formulates exercises for your improvement. She is very patient and knowledgable. I was absolutely new to this concept and within two months I have been experiencing changes in my body benefiting my day today life. I will highly recommend her one to one classes, they are totally worth it.

Pilates Difference
Working with Zhanna was truly an amazing experience as I learned more about Pilates each week through our 1 to 1 classes. Despite having no experience in Pilates, Zhanna was patient and introduced different exercises at a great pace for my learning! She’s very knowledgeable about the different muscle groups and will help you focus on the areas you want to work on by setting goals with you at the beginning! She always made me feel confident and comfortable as a beginner in Pilates. I am so thankful to have trained with Zhanna, I definitely feel more upper body strength and balance which is perfect as a nurse! I recommend Zhanna to anyone and everyone interested in Pilates, you won’t be disappointed! :)

Pilates Difference
I have had a very positive experience with Pilates Difference over the past 3 months. Zhanna is patient, professional and very knowledgeable. As someone very new to pilates she is able to explain the exercises and movements in a variety of ways to ensure I was able to adjust and correct as I learned. After a few private sessions I was comfortable and confident to join the group class. I feel stronger, have less back pain and fewer headaches since staring with Zhanna. One benefit I wasn’t expecting was the dramatic improvement in pelvic floor muscles after just 3 sessions! I highly recommend Pilates Difference and Zhanna.

I have been receiving Fascial Stretch Therapy for about a year. I came in with significant lower back pain and was amazed that just after my first appointment my flexibility had greatly improved and after a few more appointments I was almost completely pain free! Pilates Difference
I started working with Zhanna 6 months ago after very badly hurting my back. I felt pain when walking, sitting, or just moving in general. In addition to that, I also have scoliosis. In the last 6 months, she has made me more away of how my body moves differently because of my scoliosis, and which muscles need to be strengthened or stretched to create a balance in my body. She’s helped me strengthen my core and has taught me ways of moving so that I don’t further injure myself. Another plus is that Zhanna will also do fascial stretch therapy if you are experiencing pain or tightness in a specific area of your body. Every class with Zhanna is fun, but also so great for your body!

Zhanna is professional and lovely to deal with. She has helped immensely with my back pain through ongoing sessions of fascia release.Being a healthcare worker during the pandemic has been stressful and my once a week sessions with Zhanna are a god send to release my tight fascia.I would like to eventually try some pilates.Highly recommend

I worked with Zhanna for several months through the Physiotherapy program. Zhanna was thorough, knowledgable and personalized each session to support my needs. She always checked in to see how my body was feeling and if there were any new focus points. I was impressed by her ability to pinpoint alterations I needed to make with my body in order to effectively complete a stretch or movement. I found that this helped me to become more mindful and intentional with my movements, which I continue to apply to my daily workouts. I recommend Zhanna to anyone looking for a passionate and caring trainer!

Pilates Difference
Zhanna is wonderful to work with. The individualized plan that she provided me with demonstrated the wealth of her knowledge and ability. I worked with her for 6 months of one on one Fascia Stretch Therapy and Pilates. I also participated in group Pilates sessions which were very beneficial as well. The improvement in my range of motion and balance as well as the improvement in my overall core strength has greatly benefited my overall health and wellness. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Zhanna this year as well.
