Amazing experience from beginning to end! Ashley walked me through the process and products and helped create a custom birthday basket for wife. It was absolutely perfect and amazing looking. My wife loved the great quality products as well. Highly recommend to everyone. Thank you Ashley soo much!

Absolutely loved the baskets Ashley made for me. She went out of her way to do 3 baskets for a 10 year old girl and her mother and a 16 year old boy all of which were fantastic. Due to the circumstances it was difficult to make a decision so I left it in her hands and she didn't disappoint. I highly recommend BasketCases for your next basket.Colleen

Super great and friendly service! I was in a pinch and I needed a gift basket delivered same day. They let me customize a little, kept me updated throughout the process and most importantly delivered it promptly. The basket was better than I could’ve imagined. I would definitely recommend!

Ashley was amazing! The gift basket was beautiful. I had to change the delivery date and she made it happen even during these busy couple of weeks before Christmas. Will definitely be ordering again!
