I trust this team 100%. Totally professional, polite and experienced at moving equipment and servicing. Their knowledge of the equipment is really impressive, and they offer insightful advice for day-to-day care of the equipment.. doesn’t matter if you’re a pro or a beginner. The whole process is smooth and very affordable - I would not use any other firm. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, despite Alison and her partner being very pleasant when I met them - the service I received was quite poor.I was told by the fitness store to get ahold of them for my maintenance needs so I initially sent Alison an email. She initially responded quite fast but then when we started to talk about the issue and then eventually book a service call, the response times increased quickly. This seemed like a red flag but I decided that I had gone this far and they were recommended by the store so we went forward with the visit.When they came to my house they were polite and professional. I had a specific issue with my exercise bike that I explained to them and they started to take a look at it and tried to diagnose the problem. They acknowledged the problem (a clicking sound and feel when pedalling) and were able to replicate my complaint. They ended up taking some of the parts of the bike apart and cleaning and lubricating them - this was all done fine but it was not my issue. They mentioned I had some wear on some parts and that they would look into replacement parts under the warranty, again not my issue but I was thankful for their help anyhow.After working on the bike for about an hour they could still not figure out where my problem was coming from. They decided that they would call someone in service from the company (Inspire Fitness) whom they thought would be able to help diagnose the issue and get back to me ASAP. They also claimed they would come by with the parts they recommended for other issues they found with the bike. I paid them for the service call , despite not getting anywhere on my issue I called them fore, and wished them well.At the time of writing this review it has been over a month since they came to my house and have not even called back. They also have not responded to an email asking about the status of the service they promised.As nice as they were, I would not recommend using this company - I assume my money is gone and I will not hear from them again.

Unbelievably unprofessional. Alison confirmed she and her team were to come fix my treadmill and the day they were supposed to arrive they never showed up. I sent emails, texts and left voicemails for them asking if they were late and still planning on coming, with no response. Dealing with this company was an incredibly inconvenient and frustrating experience.

The gentlemen that came to set up my treadmill were efficient and friendly. They made sure the treadmill was where it would work best, they put it together quickly and they made sure it was working properly. Plus, they were on time! I couldn't have asked for better service and I'm so glad I found them. Would highly recommend!!Thank you so much!

Incredibly tardy, 30 min is acceptable but not 2 hours.Allison did nothing but make excuses and nothing to rectify all the lost time on my moving day.I’ve used this company in the past, as a returning customer was treated poorly.Would not recommend!

Alison and her crew were great saving the day, dismantling and reassembling my 700 pound dual cable machine and finally helping me to get it out the truck and into my gym, they were super courteous, knowledgeable and fun to deal with, will never use any other mover or device technician for my Gym needs

They went above and beyond to get parts for and service my machine.

Amazing service! I had purchased a cable machine from Fitness Depot a year ago. Something on the machine needed fixing. Called Allison from Moving Parts Fitness and 15 minutes later they were already at my house. 10 minutes later it was already fixed. My dog was happy too because Allison brought some Milk Bones :) will definitely use these guys again in the future!

Moving Parts Fitness has helped my move my equipment 3 times now, and every time they have been amazing. Allison and her team were able to make things work for me, even though I didnt give them a lot of notice before my move. Very flexible and kind company to work with.
