I didn't like how a staff there got me to believe my wisdom tooth would slide down out of place, then later i find out it was attached to my jaw. this shows they are pushy when i told them i didn't want my tooth removed and that they don't care about the facts or the quality of service. now i have a hole in my mouth that food gets in. before i was perfectly fine and had a healthy mouth, your employees should watch what they say and know what they are talking about. very bad service and staff.

Everyone who works at Dawson Dental in Kingston was very helpful. Cost details were clearly communicated and the 3D scanning technology used was impressive and they enthusiastically included me in my own dental hygiene assessment. I look forward to my next visit.

While the dentists and dental hygienists are great at the Kingston Dawson Dental, we have had an absolutely impossible time scheduling appointments. All appointments need to scheduled more than 3 months in advance and it was also impossible to get urgent appointments for dental emergencies (almost 2 weeks for fractured tooth). When we need to reschedule, it is completely impossible to get timely appointments.After 2+ years, we ultimately decided to switch dentists for the sole reason that it is actually impossible to get an appointment.

I went in for an emergency visit and the whole team was amazing. The admin team got me within the hour and Dr. Perez fixed the issue and set me up for a a single day appointment to replace some broken implants. She was informative, easy to talk with and, even though she fit me in on a busy day, she still took the time to discuss the options and procedures and made my first experience with Dawson stress free.
