Am really disappointed with this place they are just getting paid for doing nothing they are always busy or on emergency even though I booked my appointment a month ago they are just playing with money I tried to book appointment with fozia but she keep canceling last minute please do something with this careless employees

Nice staff with the exception of gurjeet who couldn't be bothered to pick up a call and got the secretary to relay a back and fourth with me about an inquiry. Unprofessional especially for a community health/outreach centre.

I tried to see a doctor/nurse twice at this place. A long commute of 2 hour each time… time wasted. The walk in was full for the day in both occasions which I don’t understand because the waiting room was empty. No one was waiting there. They start seeing patients only at 12:30pm. The nurse and I arrived at the same time by bus and even though the waiting room was empty I could not be assisted. To be honest I’m not sure if people are really getting appointments. An investigation should be conducted to verify it.

Workers don't know what they are doing. Don't inform information well to the clients and very rude they hang up on customers. Unprofessionals!!! Called back to speak to manger did not want to pass call to manger! Over all they need a whole new staff and well spoken ones too!
