Mostly good for food but the fish treatment is still sad and I've already reached out to corporate with pictures to no avail. So I will buy food for convince but not an animal sadly.

It was very easy for us to do a return there with no questions being asked about the product. I nice organized store. Easy to find items. They are usually very honest with us when ask them a question.

Great experience. Teller was very nice, directed me to where I needed to look. Unfortunately the type of kitten harness I need is out of stock. My kitty did amazing in store. She loved the attention.

I love the associates of our local petsmart. They are friendly, helpful, and always great to work with. Whenever I have questions they go out of there way to help to the fullest extent. I normally come here for my huskies and leapord gecko for supplies such as crickets or holiday treats.

I always go here to get feeder fish for my daughter's turtle such as goldfish and rosy red minnows and they ALWAYS have more than plenty in stock. Can't ever seem to get any shrimp but it's not exactly the stores fault for that and there's plenty variety of other fish available. Only issue I have with this store is how long it takes to finally be helped with getting fish.

We had Lucy's picture taken with Santa. So fun. Got to meet so many cute cats and dogs. Staff was excellent and caring as always! Purchased dog food and toy and also treats and a toy for my cat niece. Fun experience.
