Red Arrow Calgary Downtown Ticket Office

Not many seats and it was quite dirty. When we were waiting for the bus, the front door was broken and it was so cold inside the office you could see your breath. It is also not designed well for people getting dropped off. There's a paid parking lot next door but if you're just getting dropped off and have a kid and luggage it isn't very convenient.

I took ride from Toronto union station bus terminal to Ottawa Via rail station. The driver and the host were very kind and helpful. The bus was very clean. It was possible to choose a single seat with additional price. It was a very pleasant journey. Thanks to the driver and host and the company.

A few months ago I was at the Calgary Comic Book Expo show, and then had to get ready to head back to Red Deer that time as well. Since my weekend stay was complete, and it was time for me to go home. So thank god for Red Arrow Bus services to get me to my destination safe and sound. The service was good, the driver was spot on awesome. And not to mention the cookies are good to be on stand by in case we get hungry. And the bathroom is spot on clean and good for when nature calls. So in the near future I will be a costumer to the Red Arrow when it comes to time to travel to Calgary. Or in this case, Edmonton for anything fun to explore. So thank you again Red Arrow ^^

They cool down the buses to 17 degrees, in summer! People are cuffing the whole trip over, it’s super uncomfortable, and later I will have a cold. Bring your winter gear for the trip!

I have taken EBus many times! I've done the drive between Calgary/Red Deer/Edmonton enough times that the highway has started to become too routine and dangerous for me, so whenever possible, I love to leave the driving to a professional, get work done on my computer, and enjoy the views of the big skies and weather systems (some pictued). I also find it mildly amusing that the televisions are sometimes left on the blue DVD" screen indefinitely

I was planning on taking a flight, but last minute decided to book a bus trip with red arrow instead, and I'm so glad I did.They were punctual, the service on point, buses clean, very well maintained and comfortable. Organised during onboarding and at the rest stop, I definitely see myself travelling with Red Arrow again.

Very central. Friendly staff. Good internet. Washroom onsite.Tummies within 4 blocks. A and W within 2 blocks. Helpfull staff.

Bus was clean, comfortable and efficient. Had to take the bus, as a last minute plan. Customer service over the phone was exceptional. They were able to get me (disabled), my attendant and my service dog on with no issues. I will recommend Red Arrow to anyone. Thank you Marcel!

The time when I went inside the office to confirm my online booking, the staff who sat at the front counter asked my name quickly and informed me ETA of the bus. Good job!Nice indoor seating area better than us standing on the street to wait for the bus, which is great especially during winter season.Washroom is available inside the ticket office area.Driver is very nice & he made a few stops (CAL to EDM).
