I walked in expecting grumpy and jaded workers who had seen enough of people like me, down on their life and discriminated upon, but instead the nice security guard greeted me and treated me like a normal person. I was so touched that every time I went in, the person who helped me was kind, patient and sweet, making it the bad situation not feel so bad. Thank you all the people who helped me in the Kingsway location, who made it easy for me when I am in a difficult place in life.

Security on site for your safety. Staff are very helpful and understanding. Patience and communication are key.
