Waiting hours for a tow truck to come was bad enough. But even after they told that it was a large motorhome we were told by the driver that he needed a bigger truck and would have to call for a different one approximately 4 hours later the bigger one arrived. They told Bill was extra because it was large vehicle and then there was a mishap with it being placed on a tire and the shop couldn't lift the vehicle so if you tow truck was called back again yet for another charge even though it was their error of placing it on the Wheel days later then the end of things when it was time to move the vehicle it had to be boosted at this time being asked if he could get it going I told him I would give him a hundred bucks. Well he got it going and then charged me an hour minimal which was the $200 rate and then decided that I would pay him only 50 as a bonus cuz I didn't feel I should pay him anything but homor my word ,,,,,never again I'll call them.. or maybe I can say I hope I never again

I experienced the rudest and most unprofessional customer service from the female desk workers at Peninsula Towing. My car was towed by them and I had wanted to pick up some things that I left in my car but during the whole process I ended up waiting in the cold outside for over two hours. Every time I asked a question they said they would call me back once they found out the answer which took at least 10-20 minutes each time. During the whole interaction the worker had terrible manners and replied with rude short tempered responses. Later on the situation of the car changed and I had asked for a refund after paying out of pocket just to be able to see the car. The woman refused to give a refund, saying something about it being dealt with through my insurance even though the money I paid with was through my own pocket. Thankfully another worker had heard the conversation and gave us the refund. All throughout the interaction I had gone out of my way to being nice and understanding but looking back now that customer service was unacceptable and needs to be dealt with. I didn’t even want to give them an one star review, but didn’t have a choice. All in all, I hope no one else has to go through an experience like mine.

My vehicle wouldn’t start at a horse clinic. And I needed help soon. We wanted to get over the Malahat before the rain storm started. The tow truck was there in 20 minutes and a driver by the named Luke came to help. He took the extra effort and to make sure that my battery would start and get me home last night. I had completely drained my battery but with his patience and knowledge he was able to charge the truck up. (Which took all off his 4 batteries and my little emergency jump starter kit about 30 minutes to achieve). Thanks again I made it home safely.

On time a pre call before delivering a container . Professional and courtesy the driver made it effortless. Placed it perfectly Thanks

Called a month in advance to ship my RV 40 minutes away, specified you need a big truck and gave all the information & model. Employee confirmed 3 days prior, they showed up with the smallest truck I’ve ever seen and said they thought the RV was 1200 pounds instead of 12 000. They couldn’t fix the issue and left us in lots of trouble. Good luck finding an RV that weighs 1200 pounds. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I do not recommend.

I unfortunately ran over a screw and needed help with a tire change on a Sunday afternoon. Brad was a very pleasant and helpful young man who changed my tire for me.Thank you again for the awesome serviceAAA++

My car got towed by this company and serious damage was done to my vehicle's engine, yet nothing was discovered at the exact time of the tow itself.Now they are giving me a hard time to reach them, are not willing to investigate with me being that they are convinced" its not their fault without having even seen the damage.My car is still waiting to get fixed because they are stretching it out

We had prompt service and a very nice and knowledgeable driver named Skyler. He did his very best to get my car running but ended up having to tow it. Thank you Skyler for the great service

I called Peninsula Towing after my daughters car broke down.They said it's a busy night but they would fit me in.The driver Brad was awesome with status updates on the phone. Really nice guy too. My car delivered without any problems. I would highly recommend them. Thanks.

Quick and fantastic service. I was washing my vehicle and once done it wouldn’t start. The guy came fast and said a couple things could be gone wrong. He went though a couple different ideas in under 5 minutes. Turned out to be my fuel pump. He literally kicked my fuel tank. It must of dislodged some sediment or debris in my fuel pump and my vehicle started right up. Thank you
