Worst service of any UofA fast food place. I don't think I've ever had a server look like they enjoyed being there. The food is decent, pretty hit or miss.

Food has been great so far. Love the burrito bowls but wish they wouldn't give you a giant plastic lid each time without asking if it's to go. Seems to defeat the purpose of what seems like a biodegradable bowl.

Staff were uninformed about inaccuracies on the displayed menu, leading to the charged price being even higher than the one advertised. All other food joints in the same building offer more reasonable prices, even without this error.

Didn't have rice, the burrito they made was a completely inedible mess, it had paper stuck to the tortilla.

Very slow service, they seem to care more about their delivery orders than customers in store. Had several people waiting in line behind us leave because it was so slow! Not sure if they need more staff or just faster ones, but they need something done to speed up orders.

The best place for a burrito on campus. The staff is very nice and explained every protein and vegetable option. The burrito was SO GOOD! I could hardly finish a regular. If you like burritos and are on campus go here

Best Burrito Ever! I have had many burritos from the SUB diner and this was the best one. Crammed full of fillings and flavour, piping hot and good value. The staff are friendly and efficient yet don't rush you as you make your choices.
