Took my motorhome in to get a rad flush ended up needing a new alternator these guys really did a great job I'll definitely be recommending them to anyone

Had something on my car break right before I was about to leave town and these guys fixed it right away at no cost. They were so thoughtful and so pleasant, their kindness will not be forgotten. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Good service, but $38 to fix a flat! Kaltire is way cheaper.

Awesome customer service, would definitely return. Had a low tire during this extreme cold weather (-47) and the compressors at the gas stations weren't working. Stopped by Fountain Tire to see if they could give me some air. One of their techs came out right away, filled up my low tire and checked the other 3. I asked if I could pay them and they said don't worry about it. Thankful for the great team at this location.

Hugely disappointed!Had 4 of my winters recently mounted, balanced, and installed. My first issue is I had requested that the two of the four tires with the most tread wear to be placed on the front of my truck, and the two with the deepest tread be placed on the rear of my truck.I watched the man at the front desk write that on the service order. Upon arriving back home (out of town) I noticed that they put one tire with the deep tread in the rear along with one of the more worn tires (shallow tread) in the rear.It was very obvious that two of the tires had less tread than the other two, and those were supposed to go up front.Now upon closer inspection I notice that not only did they beat the snot out of the Lugnuts, so my tire wrench barely fits on them now.All four of the aluminum rims have been dented and/or gouged from their machine and service technician. The truck is only a year and a half old, so it’s easy to notice those little things.I am hugely disappointed with this tire shop.I would give them less than one star rating if I could. I left this honest review in hopes that others wouldn’t experience the same problems that I have.

We broke down on a trip from Edmonton to Calgary. Luckily it wasn't a major fix. The guys at this location went out of their way to help us get the part and find time in their busy schedule to get us back on the road. A huge thank you to them! They're awesome!

Have used services three times now in the past year for various reasons, today being the most resent. Always timely. Trust their expertise. Decently friendly.

Great service fast and friendly will not get my tires anywhere else Update: This location has gone down hill fast two of there repairs on my SUV have failed and they wont even look at the under warranty. I priced out a set of tires for my wife's Hyundai and for the exact same tires the dealership was 30% cheaper. I have been using this location for tires and small repairs but because of poor workmanship I will be finding a new service shop

Had a flat inside dual on my 40 foot diesel motorhome... James came out with the mobile unit , discovered it was a valve stem problem ,so replaced it. Unfortunately , the valve stem was faulty , and the tire was flat again the next day, so James promptly came back, pulled the tire off again and refixed it.. So now all is good. Thank you for the great customer service.
